Suitable for groups of up to 20 people, as well as for individuals, smaller, or larger family groups. The apartments can accommodate 3, 4, or 5 people. The studios are suitable for 2 or 3 guests. Some studios are interconnected, allowing you to be together while still having privacy.
There are two fully equipped dining areas – each with ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, utensils, and a terrace with BBQ. You can celebrate with friends and choose your own music. You have the option to prepare your own meals or order food from nearby restaurants in the village of Banya or the town of Bansko.
Various activities are available year-round:
Exciting skiing and snowboarding in winter on the slopes above Bansko, just 3 km from the complex.
Warm mineral swimming pools (children’s pool and a large pool 25m x 12m) surrounded by greenery, sun loungers, and umbrellas (available during the summer months).
Beautiful hiking trails to Mount Vihren (the third highest peak on the Balkan Peninsula) and the stunning Pirin Mountains.
Ride the narrow-gauge train from Septemvri to Dobrinishte.
Play golf or go horseback riding (about 5 km away).

Large Dining Area – 1101:
Exclusively for guests of 7apartments.bg. Celebrate with your friends and choose your own music. The room is equipped with tables and chairs (for up to 14 people), an oven, double hot plate, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and other appliances. There is a terrace and a charcoal BBQ. Enjoy the Bluetooth music system and disco lighting. A display fridge and a refrigerator are also available.
Small Dining Area – 1109:
Features a table and chairs (for up to 8 people). Includes an oven, double hot plate, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and other electrical appliances. There is a terrace with access to the complex’s yard. Bluetooth music system and a fridge with freezer are also provided. You can prepare your own food or order from restaurants in the village of Banya.
Winter sports
You can enjoy all winter sports on the slopes above Bansko. The starting station of the lift (Gondola) is 4 km from the complex.

Complex “Alexander” is located at 800 meters above sea level in the Razlog Valley, surrounded by three mountains – Pirin, Rila, and Rhodope. The village of Banya, known for its more than 70 hot mineral springs, is just 3 km away. Sofia and Plovdiv are about 150 km from here. You can experience the peace and tranquility of nature, far from the big city, noise, daily hustle, and monotony.
