Bansko is a well-established European ski center. The ski area offers the following sports: alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, biathlon, and snowboarding.

Skiers and snowboarders have access to 75 kilometers of professionally maintained and reliably secured slopes, as well as 22 kilometers of modern lift facilities (13.2 km chair lifts, 2.4 km drag lifts, and 6.2 km gondola lifts) with high capacity, ensuring fast and comfortable transport to the start of each slope.

A modern eight-seat gondola lift takes skiers from the town to Banderishka Polyana, with a capacity of 2,400 people per hour. 100% of the runs are equipped with snowmaking machines, guaranteeing sufficient snow cover from December to May.

The highest point of the ski center is 2,560 m, and the lowest is 990 m.

The total length of slopes and ski roads is 75 km.

The ski center also offers an excellent 16 km ski road, equipped with snowmaking and lighting, connecting the higher areas of the resort with the town of Bansko.

For the youngest skiers, there is a moving carousel belt, new children’s ski lifts, and a kids’ ski garden. Facilities for half-pipe, paragliding, and a fun park are also available.

The resort has repeatedly hosted European Cup competitions in alpine skiing and biathlon.
