There is a grill on the terrace, as well as a Bluetooth speaker and disco lighting. You can prepare your own food or order from the restaurants in the village of Banya.

The fitness room is located in an adjacent room.

It is located on the ground floor and accommodates 8 people. The equipment includes: oven, double hot plate, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator, electric grill, glasses, plates, and utensils. The terrace provides access to the complex’s yard. There is also a music speaker.

With an additional table, it can accommodate up to 12 people.
